At AryaClean, we prioritize transparency and convenience in our billing process. We offer flexible payment options, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash, with upfront pricing based on the scope of the cleaning service. For larger or recurring projects, a deposit may be required, and any additional charges for extra services will always be communicated and approved in advance. Invoices are provided after service completion, with payments due upon receipt, and we offer automatic billing for recurring clients. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and hassle-free billing experience, so you can focus on enjoying a cleaner space.
Cancellation Policy
At AryaClean, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we request at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a 20% cancellation fee may apply. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
